7-29-15 Dynamic Upper Body

Strict Press: 10x2 on :45:  I figure that since I use bands for speed bench, why not for pressing
Snatch grip fat bar shrugs: 5x10
Kettlebell clean and press: 3x5 per arm
Pushups: 3x20

This is how I set up the bands for the strict press
