Today was one of those days that it all worked out for the best, training wise.
My legs were sore from yesterday's run and today was a squat day, so I almost gave in to my excuses to not train today. I am glad that I got myself under the bar, I had a fantastic day of training. Pushing through the days that you don't want to train are the most important of all, they are the days that you make the most progress.
500 jump ropes: this is a great warmup and yes fat, old men can jump rope
Reverse Hypers: 3x10
Box Squat: 10x2 with 2 chains per side on :45
Speed Deads 10x2 on minute
