Power Clean from floor: EMOM x 10 minutes

100 jump ropes
50 lateral BB burpees
30 push press
time: 14:02--
had to break the burpees and push-press down into smaller sets in order to avoid red-lining 
I have a long way to go to get myself back into good conditioning shape
