4-9-15

Deadlift 5x5
Push-Press 5x3
Barbell Rows 3x6

With all the running and training for mud runs that last couple of years I have let my strength slide and the biggest loss has been in my lower back.  Once my low back comes around I think I will make strength gains much quicker than I am currently attaining.
